Annually fulfilling Christmas wish-lists for women and children in need, this campaign spreads holiday joy through community-supported stockings.

About Stockings of Hope

Each year, the YWCA Lethbridge & District hosts our Stockings of Hope campaign.

This Christmas campaign helps women in need (and their families) experience the joy of the Christmas season.

These women and children are either currently using YWCA programs and services or have used them over the past year.

Each stocking includes a wish list for a particular woman (and her children if she has them). We prioritize all recipients based on individual need.

No matter which stocking you choose to fill, you’ll be providing much-needed help to someone in need in our community!

Support the joy of giving by dropping off wrapping supplies for our stockings, ensuring each gift is festively presented to brighten the holiday season. Wrapping supplies can be dropped off at the Reception Area of our building during regular hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am -4:00 pm). Wrapping supplies must be in either new or mint condition.
